If you already have your tickets, please review these important items to help you prepare.

1. Bring Donations for our Food Drive
   Let all who are hungry eat. After Passover, the Kol Hai teens will be bringing our donations to several local Food Pantries. Please bring unopened and unused non-perishable food items and toiletries to the Seder. We'll collect them as you arrive. Here is a PDF list of Most Needed Items as suggested by the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley.
2. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Learn the Four Questions... with emoji!
   Have a kid in your family who is learning them for the first time or need a refresher yourself? Shir Yaakov enlisted the help of some emoji and made a video to help you prepare.
3. Make it your table
   Please bring an item that represents an injustice or blockage of freedom (yours or the world's) to add to your table's seder plate. We'll each have a chance to share. Also, if you are a party of six or more people who would like to sit together, please email us a family name to [email protected] and we'll save you a spot.
4. Dress to express
   We will have an opportunity to dance into spring at our seder together! Please wear festive, comfortable clothing that expresses your inner freedom.

FAQs

Is this a vegetarian meal? Will it be "kosher for Passover"?

The kitchen preparing our food will not be fastidiously cleaned as is the tradition for Passover. We are working with the chef to prepare a kosher-style meal with no explicit chometz or treif to be served. There will be ample vegetarian options.

Do I have to be Jewish to attend? 

No. "Kol Hai" means "all life" in Hebrew; all are welcomed. All rituals are offered in an accessible manner. Bring an open heart and curious spirit.

Can children participate?

Yes! All Kol Hai events are multigenerational and there will be inspiring and fun activities for all ages including an Afikomen Scavenger Hunt.

What if I can't afford the full price?

No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please email [email protected] letting us know what you can afford and we'll let you know how to register. Thanks. Early Bird Discount ends March 16 at 6 pm.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Novella's is two minutes off of Exit 18 on the NY Throughway and walking distance from the Trailways NY park-and-ride stop. There is ample parking and two hotels within walking distance as well: the new Hampton Inn and America's Best Value Inn.
